HANOVER, Md. – On Sept. 1, 2016, InfoTeK Corporation acquired the assets of SilverRhino, LLC., a Maryland-based cybersecurity company specializing solution-driven information technology services for Federal Government Agencies, Department of Defense, and select commercial clients.
InfoTeK is expanding its footprint in the marketplace with broader, deeper capabilities in cybersecurity, as well as insider threat monitoring and detection. This acquisition enriches ITK’s new product service line in continuous monitoring of insider threat risk and enhances cybersecurity services for new and existing clients alike.
