Paid Leave:
- PTO is accrued per pay period and increase with years of service, starting with 15 day (120) hours
- Employees will receive 11 holidays per year; which are all floating depending on the employee’s specific contract.
- Onsite employees will receive 16 hours of Facility Closure Leave per calendar year.
- Receive 8 hours of Birthday Leave to be taken during the month that their birthday falls.
- Receive 8 hours of Volunteer Time off per calendar year.
- Receive 8 hours of Corporate Event Leave for attending ITK corporate events designated by Senior Leadership per calendar year.
- Paid time off for Jury and Witness duty and military obligations.
